At HyperLeadsBot, we strive to provide high-quality lead communities and services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues preventing access to the community within 48 hours of payment
  • Duplicate payments made in error
  • Service not as described (evaluated on a case-by-case basis)

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after gaining access to the community
  • Failure to use the service after purchase
  • Violation of community guidelines resulting in removal
  • Subscription renewals (ensure you cancel before the renewal date)

Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at support@hyperleadsbot.com
  2. Provide your order/transaction ID and reason for the refund request
  3. Allow 3-5 business days for our team to review your request
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to the community until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds will be issued for partial months of service
  • Your subscription will not renew automatically
