At HyperLeadsBot, we strive to provide high-quality lead communities and services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- Technical issues preventing access to the community within 48 hours of payment
- Duplicate payments made in error
- Service not as described (evaluated on a case-by-case basis)
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after gaining access to the community
- Failure to use the service after purchase
- Violation of community guidelines resulting in removal
- Subscription renewals (ensure you cancel before the renewal date)
Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us at support@hyperleadsbot.com
- Provide your order/transaction ID and reason for the refund request
- Allow 3-5 business days for our team to review your request
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to the community until the end of your current billing period
- No refunds will be issued for partial months of service
- Your subscription will not renew automatically
